Nishijin’s bars do not have English menus. A lot of them do not have signs you would notice. On your own, you would walk right past.
That is the point of this tour. A local guide takes you through four of these spots over three hours: a bowl of tonkotsu ramen, then takoyaki and a cheese omelet with spicy cod roe, then an hour where the drinks keep coming.
